William Washington married Ida Melvinia Fordham Sept. 3, 1905.

Emily C., daughter of Ansbury Fletcher and Della (Compton) Hearn, married Willis Fordbam and died 1898, leaving children: Priscilla, Rachel.

William F., son of Ansbury Fletcher and Della (Compton) Hearn, married Mary Lou Jordan Dec. 5, 1889. Children: Mertie, born July 20, 1892; Parx, born Oct. 28, 1894; Samantha, born Mar. 14, 1896; Lizzie, born Nov. 8, 1898; Vassie, born Dec. 6, 1901.

Elbert Craton, son of Stephen and Jane (Ballard) Hearne, born in Coweta Co., Ga., June 1, 1827. Moved to Louisiana in 1856. From there be moved to Arkansas. He died 1887. He was a preacher in the Methodist Protestant church. Married Harriet Baker 1845. Children: Titus, born 1847 married Eliza Wilburn 1865. Their children are Olla, Thomas, James, Craton; Nora, born 1865; Lucy, born 1870, married Dr. James Jordan.

Harwell M., son of Stephen and Jane (Ballard) Hearne, born Mar. 14, 1830; moved to Louisiana 1855; died in the Southern army at Delhi, La., Sept., 1862. Married Mary Hood. Has one child living, Mrs. Luella Sutton.

Nancy C., daughter of Stephen and Jane (Ballard) Hearne, born in Georgia Feb. 9, 1843; came to Louisiana in 1856; married first Allen E. Ellis 1859 and had two children; Augusta, born 1860 and Allen born 1863. Nancy C. married second Maliciah Lantrip 1866. Children: Jennie, Laura and Carrie. She died 1881.

Augusta, daughter of Allen E. and Nancy C (Hearn) Ellis, married first William Johnson, second Stephen Dunn. Lives in Tens and has several children.

Elizabeth F., daughter of Stephen and Jane (Ballard) Hearn, born in Georgia Nov. 1, 1837, married Thomas Steed. Died in Texas about 1904. Children: Mattie, who married John Olvis, Charles, William, James, Nellie, Ed, Fuller, Lizzie Ella and Morly, all have families, all live in Texas.

Elijah, son of Joshua and Catherine (Redwine) Hearne, born in Elbert Co., Ga., Sept. 1816, was a physician; moved to
