James Willard Stevenson is one of the tellers in tile Pocomoke City National Bank since Nov. 23, 1903. Philip Vernon Stevenson is salesman in the large retail grocery store of his uncle, Ira T. Stevenson, at Pocomoke City. The history and data of the descendants of Lowder Hearne is given so scattering and incomplete in book, that I will insert here brief data taken from the family tree, omitting some who are given more fully in history. Lowder Hearne, born Apr. 5, 1753; died Nov. 29, 1809; married Lavinia Cannon, who was born 1762, died 1822. Son George, born July 3, 1783; died Dec. 6. 1845; married Pattie Cathell, who was born Mar. 21, 1798; died Mar. 19, 1840. Children: Joseph J., born 1821, died 1855; married Amanda Waller, who was born 1825, died 1866; one child, Martha E., called Mattie, born Nov. 24, 1849; lives in Philadelphia. Mary J., born Aug. 8, 1822; married Jesse Long, Laurel, Del.; had one child Lizzie who married Chas. H. Horsey, and they had one child, Charles L. Ann Maria, born 1818; died 1890. Lavinia, born Feb. 16, 1820; died July 21, 1850. Levi, born 1825, died 1850. Harriet H., born 1827; married Joshua Cannon; died 1903. William, born 1830. John M. C., born 1834. Emma, born 1836. Rebecca, born 1837; married David Pepper, Georgetown. Del. Children: Georgie, born 1861; married James Williams of Va. and have one child. Horace. Willie, born Dec. 16, 1862. Horace, born _______, Clarence, Born _______ Clementine, born ________, Joseph Hearne son of Lowder, born Feb. 17, 1788; died 1855; Married Nancy Calhoun. Children: Eliza Jane; married Joseph Ellis. Children: Jonathan, Mary, Daniel, Joseph, Georgia, and Thomas. Priscilla, daughter of Joseph Hearne; married Samuel Ward, and they have children: Eliza, who married John Truitt; Lavinia, who married Obed Otwell; Maria, who married Samuel Hearne and has one child: Pans, Lizzie and Humphrey, who married Louisa Cannon. Nancy, daughter of Lowder Hearne, born Sept 1, 1781; married Jonathan Fooks. Their children: Henrietta married Harvey Byrd, Salisbury Md., and they had one son, Harvey, who married Esther Parsons, and they had a son Ernest and a daughter Mamie, who married Jerry Morris, and
