Trust Co., of Ill., one of the cashiers in that bank. In 1904 he moved from Chicago to Maywood, one of the suburbs, west of Chicago, where he now lives, In the summer of 1896 he married Miss Alice L. Bower, of Chicago; they have one child, Helen Dudley, born Apr. 17, 1897. Mr. Rood united with Baptist Church at thirteen years of age, and is active in all Church duties, and is a superior business man. His wife is also member of Baptist church.

SUSAN, daughter of Robert and Mary (Hearne) Williams, born at Marietta, 0., Mar. 22, 1822, died at Pueblo, Colo., May 25, 1903. Her husband, William Hill Greene, born in Ohio, Apr. 21, 1811, died in Iowa, Nov. 10, 1856. They were married at Marietta, O. Oct. 26, 1848. Children:

Sarah Margaret, born Mar. 8, 1850; Daniel Richard, born Apr. 12, 1851; William Brimmer, born Jan. 14, 1854, died Sept. 2, 1885.

Daniel R. Greene married Emma Alice McCormick, Dec. 25, 1875. She was born Oct. 7, 1852. Children: Richard McCormick, born Sept. 22, 1876, Alice XVilliams, born July 13, 1878; Grace Emma, born Aug. 22, 1883; Elbert Daniel, born Nov. 11, 1887. Richard M. Greene and Jeannette T. Crandall were married at Pueblo, Colo., Oct. 28, 1903. She was born Aug. 3, 1881. Daniel R. Greene is a banker in Pueblo, Cola. This family are all Baptists.

William XVilliams, son of Robert and Mary, born Mar. 23, 1824, died in Marshall Co., Ill., Mar. 26, 1860, in early life united with Baptist church and was an active and devoted Christian Christian. He married Vesta Elvira Dibble, Sept. 30, 1847. She was born Apr. 3, 1829, died at her son’s in Topeka, Kansas, Nov. 3, 1887; children: Percy Collis, born Aug. 11, 1848, died May 26, 1861; Harriet Matgaret, born July 4, 1851; Theodore Robert, born Mar. 24, 1853; Oren Edward, born Apr. 28, 1855, died Dec. 2, 1901; William Thomas, born Apr. 3, 1858; Vesta, born Mar. 5, 1860, died Apr. 14, 1884.

John Newton Riley and Harriet Margaret Williams married Nov. 17, 1869. He was born Feb. 23, 1844. He is farming and gardening: children: Bertha Elizabeth. Leonard William, Walter Ennis, Oren Newton, Frances Dibble, Edith Vesta and Lewis Clarke.
