pike, and her son Sutton, conducts the farm. Annie Stone, married early in 1907, Leonard Young, a farmer near by, and a daughter named Patsy Stone, was born to them April 6, 1908. Also, a son Charles William, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Farra Headly, May 1, 1906. Also Robt. Stone still holds his position in the Bank in Lexington, with an increased salary. In nine years service he has only missed two days from work.
Page 322. Nannie Marie Bodine died Feb. 6, 1907 and Belle R. Stone, married Mr. Allen Berger, Dec. 26, 1911. Also Archie Stone, after graduation in the study of medicine, settled in Palmyria, and has a fine practice.
Page 338. Katharan Hearne, married April 21, 1909, Lieut. Frank McCommon, U. S. Navy. He was born at Maryville, Mo., May 22, 1878, graduated June 1901 from U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. Served in various stations, including the Cruise of the Atlantic Fleet around the world 1906-1907. They are now living at Annapolis, Maryland, where he is instructor in the Naval Academy.
Page 344. Nov. 16 1910, George McClure Hearne, married Miss Clara Field Thompson, of Columbia, Mo., and entered business with his uncle, Frank P. Hearne, St. Louis. "The Hearne Timber Co." George McClure, taking charge of a branch at Poplar Bluff, Mo. Also 1910. Susie Snell Hearne, obtained a very desirable position in Washington, D. C., "Department of the Interior, U. S. Geological Survey," and has already been promoted twice. She is a beautiful girl and is unusually bright and capable. Also, Harold Hayes Hearne, perfected an education in Electricity, and is now located in New York City, in business for himself. Also Cannon C. Hearne, after completing his education, took a position in the Department of the Interior, U. S. Geological Survey, and is now in the far West with a government surveying party.
Page 348. Mrs. Sara (Hearne) Chase, died May 29, 1909, after an operation in hospital in Minnesota.
Page 396. Mar. 3, 1908, Maggie Barkley Lee, married James C. Noel, (age 23 years). He was raised on his father's farm in Jackson Co. Mo., and completed his education at William Jewell College, Liberty Mo., and is now cashier of Citizens' Bank, Lee's Summit, Mo., of which his father is a large stockholder
