Millie Clementine, daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth (Mayfield) Hearne, born May 23. 1844, Campbell Co., Ga. Moved to Jackson Parish, La., 1867. Married William P. Shell Jan. 13, 1870. Member of Methodist Protestant Church. James Thomas Shell married Jessie Matheny, July 2, 1903. One child, Mildred Matheny, born July 8, 1904.

All of the children of Millie (Hearn) Shell were born in Jackson Parish, La., except Williarn Edward. who was born in Caldwell Parish. All are members of the Methodist Protestant Church.
