Hearne of B., Mar. 15, 175, of 100 acres, called "Addition to Kings Folly."

Grant from the Proprietaries of Pennsylvania to Thomas L. Hearne, a tract of land called "Jackson’s Venture," June 4, 1776. Also from same to same a tract called "Safe Guard," Oct. 13, 1776.

Grant from Proprietaries of Pennsylvania to Theodore Hearne, Mar. 6, 1776, a tract of twenty acres, called "Green Savannah."

Grant from the Proprictaries of Pennsylvania Apr. 15, 1765, to Thomas Hearne. for twenty-four acres of land, called "Hearne’s Last Adventure." Also from same to same, Apr. 22, 1766, a tract called "Dispute."

I note a few administrators’ bonds from the records at Georgetown, Delaware, with amount of bond, which is usually about one-fourth of the value of the estate:

Bond of Thomas and William Hearne on estate of Samuel Hearne, July 8, 1803; amount of bond, 2,000 pounds.

Bond of Lavinia and George Hearne on estate of Lowder Hearne. Dec. 19, 1809; amount of bond, 1,000 pounds.

Bond of Benjamin and Jacob Hearne on estate of Jonathan Hearne, Jan. 6. 1825; amount of bond, 500 pounds.

Bond of Polly and Josiah Hearne on estate of William Hearne, Apr. 7, 1826; amount of bond, 400 pounds.

Bond of Sally and James R, Hearne on estate of Thomas Hearne, Oct. 23, 1832; amount of bond, 600 pounds.

Bond of Harriet Hearne and Henry Bacon and William Hobbs on estate of Thomas Hearne, Apr. 8, 1835; amount of bond, $6,000.
