Priscilla, daughter of William and Sally (Hancock) Hearne, married Alfred H. Harris, her step-brother, and they had six children.

First child, Orin, born 1817, died a young man at Old Randolph, on the Mississippi River.

Second child, Sally C., married A. G. Winford, a farmer, moved to Marshall Co., Miss., 1854, and then to Memphis Tenn.; both are dead. They had four children: Jane, married Lafayette Sory, a preacher of the Seventh-day Baptists, living in Memphis, Tenn.; Benjamin P., unmarried, is living in Arkansas; Alfred J., married Miss Martin; is a farmer, living near Forest City, Arkansas; Bettie, married a Mr. Stone, who is now dead.

Harriet H., third child of Alfred and Priscilla Harris, born 1822; married E. W. G. Winford, brother of A. G., and had children as follows: Ruth A., married B. F. Lester, a stock man and part owner of the Union Stock Yards at Nashville, Tenn. Adelaide, married Thomas Taylor, and is now a widow, living in Nashville, Tenn. Emma, married John B. Powell, a farmer living near Nashville, Tenn. Tabitha W., married Dr. Stevens, of Miss., and is now a widow, living in Nashville, Tenn. Alfred FL, married Miss Horn, and is a farmer, living near Petersburg, Tenn. Wilson B., is a stock man unmarried, living in Montgomery, Alabama. Susan, married Charles Westbrook, and is now is a widow, living near Tucker’s Gap, Tenn. Bettie, married Dr. Williams, and is also a widow, living in Nashville, Tenn. Jerome, married Miss Watkins, of Rutherford Co., Tenn., he is an ardent prohibitionist and a prominent minister in the Metho-Church (South). America married Dr. J. P. Watkins, who is engaged in the drug business in Nashville, Tenn. Moiiv married a Mr. Crewson, a traveling man of Nashville, Tenn.

James Gwynn, son of A. H. and Priscilla (Hearne) Harris, barn 1826, married Miss Mary Ray, Spartansburg, South Carolina. He is a farmer, living at Forest City, Arkansas. His wife died 1898; children: James G., Henry E., Percy and Paul (twins), and Charley.

Alfred H., son of A. H. and Priscilla (Hearne) Harris, born 1828, married Miss Mary Nesbit, and moved to Wichita Falls,
